Privacy and Security: Keep all doors and windows locked during the night for additional personal safety and security.
Kitchen Etiquettes: The kitchen is not accessible to guests for cooking. Our on-site chef is available 24/7 to cater to any needs that you may have. Additionally, guests are free to order in on their expense.
No illegal activity: The use of drugs or similar products is illegal and prohibited in the villa premises. It may result in immediate eviction.Â
Cleanliness: Guests are requested to maintain a clean and hygienic environment and leave the villa in a clean state after checkout.
No unauthorized guests: Guests, who are not checked in or registered as guests of Eraaya Stays are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable
Smoking restrictions: Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
Additional help: Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need
Party: Parties are only allowed with prior knowledge and permission of the management team.
Breakfast: Served complimentary.
Quite Hours: Quite hours are observed on the property after 10PM. Please refrain from making excessive and loud noise after this to maintain peace for neighbours.
Parking Rules: The cars can be parked in the dedicated parking spot inside the main premises. Parking anywhere else may result in fine which will be borne by the guests.
Check-in time: will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check out time will be 10.00 am on the departure date. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Feedback: Immediately inform about any maintenance requirements to the caretaker for a smooth and comfortable stay
Menu: in case of meals, the menu has to be decided one day prior so that necessary arrangements can be made.
